Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, we’re happy to help.
Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility and must be sent with a prepaid and trackable shipping method.
Limited to one exchange per order.
Returns for Refund
If you decide a piece isn’t right for you, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent with a prepaid and trackable shipping method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
Approved damaged or defective items will receive a prepaid return label.
Damage caused after wear or washing is not considered a defect.

International Orders & Duties
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Refused or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for refund.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must arrive in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, makeup, fragrance, or damage will not be qualified for a refund.
Additional Notes
Requests made outside the stated timeframe will not be approved.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
