Ozelo ships to select destinations worldwide. All orders are prepared and dispatched through our trusted fulfillment partners with care and attention to quality at every stage.

Order Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, it is prepared for shipment and released to our shipping carriers. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Complimentary Shipping

• Canada: Complimentary shipping on all orders

• International: Complimentary shipping on orders $200 USD and above

Complimentary shipping is offered as a courtesy and reflects a partial contribution toward shipping and cross-border handling costs. For orders that do not qualify, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.

United States Orders

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional cross-border fees, tariffs, or import-related costs. Where applicable, Ozelo absorbs a portion of these costs to ensure pricing remains as consistent as possible across regions.

Any duties, taxes, or fees not covered by Ozelo are determined by U.S. authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Ozelo is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Carrier updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.
